Free Estimate
August 3rd, 2011 by MarioRink
We think very often if we should provide Free Estimates !? Most companies do and will ad the cost into the Job somehow. Nothing is really free anymore. An Estimate can take me 2 h including driving Time etc. I give the Customer my knowledge of 30 Years in the Heating and Plumbing Field ,I spend gas etc. So we think it is fair to charge $ 39 to $ 89 depending on how far the estimate site is from Herndon. Thanks for your understanding and for being a customer of our company!

We got a service call from a Resturant chain last week . They had 3 units installed and had problems with a code 90 . Units were single vent so all the O2 needed came out of kitchen area and with it grease etc. Units got vented into a steel smoke pipe which already has holes in it . It was just another exsample of bad work . I will post some pictures tomorrow ! Mario

This customer was having trouble with their old water heater:

What a bucket of bolts! Our customer had problems with space in the laundry room and with her son taking an hour long shower with the result being a clean son but a dirty husband since the hot water in the tank was gone !
Now with the Noritz NRC 111 they make the water with a 94 % eff and endless hot water .
Boiler replacement in Herndon, VA
July 15th, 2010 by admin
This boiler was installed by George Washington ….. can you tell! Customer always knew when the boiler was running by the vibration of her bed. She also did not like to give her savings to the Gas Company so thats when we came in.
We installed a Buderus fully condensing boiler and put her into the 21 century. Now she sleeps well and the gas company is thinking she bought a lot of blankets
.

Before and After Boiler Replacement

This is the old system of a customer in McLain, Virginia. It is a multi-zone oil fired boiler . Customer called us to replace this system with a gas boiler. I told him this system might earn a prize in my collection of worst systems in 28 years working in the trade. I promised him I can do much better.
Below is the finished result, minus the dead rat and rust, and destroyed boiler system:
Water Boiler Gone Rotten

Sometimes it is important to remember that the machine heating your water can actually get so bad off, that it becomes a health risk.
One ailing client, who didn’t bother to look at their water boiler until it broke down realized just how much grime and rust they had been adding to their drinking water on a daily basis.
Check this ugly shot out:
Yes. They were drinking what came out of that rust-bucket.
Fortunately, were were able to fix them up with a brand new system, and now they can enjoy fresh water to drink, in their shower, and everywhere else in their home. Also, did I mention that their monthly bills went down?
Here is a shot of the new system:
Whats the moral of the story? If you don’t take care of your water heater, it will not take care of you!
Why don’t you have us come out and take a look at your water boiler? We just might be able to save you a few thousand dollars of problems later on with just a small amount of service now.
